Terms of Service

wish4 is an AI website and app builder. You describe what you want in plain language and AI builds, hosts and publishes it. Depending on your plan, the Service also includes:

• hosting on a free wish4.ai subdomain or on a custom domain you connect or buy through us;
• AI agents for SEO, marketing, analytics and customers (leads collected from your sites' forms);
• connectors to third-party services such as Shopify, Resend, Brevo, Klaviyo, Twilio, Discord, Telegram and Google Analytics;
• built-in AI features for your projects, billed to your AI credits;
• the wish4 MCP server, which lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work on your projects;
• Productifi, our private-label supplement app for Shopify (see section 11);
• the Partner Program (see section 12).

We are constantly improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a material feature of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can act on your account.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite and by AI assistants you connect through the MCP server. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or organization may not create multiple free accounts to extend free access.

Free access. New accounts may use the Service for free for 4 hours from sign-up (or from when this rule took effect for existing accounts). After that, a paid plan is required to keep building, editing and using the dashboard. Sites you published stay online.

Paid plans. Paid plans (currently Builder and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page.

First-month price. If your account has never had a paid plan, your first month on monthly billing may be charged at an introductory price (currently $1 for Builder and $5 for Pro). From the next billing period the plan renews at its regular price unless you cancel before then. The offer is limited to one per person or organization and cannot be combined with other discounts.

AI credits. Building, editing, agents and built-in AI features use AI credits according to the work performed. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets every billing period and does not roll over. Credit top-ups you buy do not expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we charged you in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

Domains. Domains bought through wish4 are registered through our registrar partner, are subject to the registrar's and registry's rules, and are non-refundable once registered.

Taxes and price changes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

You own the content you bring to the Service and the projects built for you (Your Content), including prompts, files, pages and data.

You grant wish4 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and publish Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service — for example to send your prompts to our AI providers, serve your published sites, and run the features you turn on. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies we must keep by law or in backups for a limited time.

You confirm you have the rights you need to Your Content and that publishing it does not violate these Terms or anyone's rights.

The Service uses artificial intelligence. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output produced for others, and it may not be unique. Review everything before you publish or rely on it — you are responsible for your published sites, including their accuracy, legal compliance and any claims they make.

Do not use the Service to generate content that the law requires a licensed professional to produce, without that professional's review.

You may not use the Service, or any site built with it, to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• publish content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence;
• run phishing, scams, impersonation, malware, spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• collect personal data without a lawful basis, or collect sensitive data (such as health, financial or government ID information) without appropriate safeguards and consent;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass usage limits or access controls, or access other users' data;
• resell or provide the Service to others as a competing builder without our written permission.

We may remove or unpublish content, disable a site, or suspend an account that violates these Terms, and where possible we will tell you why.

You are the owner and operator of the sites and apps you publish with wish4. You are responsible for your relationship with your visitors and customers, including providing your own privacy notice and terms, obtaining any consent required for analytics, cookies, marketing or form submissions, and honoring their rights.

When the Service processes personal data about your visitors (for example built-in analytics or form submissions), we do so on your behalf and following your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sites on some plans show a small “Made with wish4” badge. Do not remove it from plans that include it.

Connectors let your projects use services you have your own accounts with. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and those providers bill you directly. By connecting a service you authorize wish4 to send requests to it on your behalf, as your projects and instructions require.

Credentials you save are encrypted, are only sent to the service they belong to, are never shown to the AI and are never embedded in your published pages. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes to them.

If you connect an AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to wish4, you authorize that assistant to act in the workspace you approve, with your role. Actions the assistant takes are treated as your actions. The assistant provider's own terms govern your use of the assistant. You can disconnect an assistant at any time under Connectors → MCP.

Productifi lets you sell private-label supplements under your own brand through your Shopify store. If you use Productifi:

• you are the seller of record for your products and are responsible for your brand, your marketing claims, pricing, customer service and compliance with the laws that apply to selling supplements in your markets (including rules on labeling and advertising claims);
• every label must pass our review before it can be produced or sold, and edits to approved labels are reviewed again. Approval is not legal advice and does not transfer your responsibility as seller;
• orders are produced on demand. An order can be cancelled only until production starts. Because products are custom-made, they cannot be returned for restocking; defective or damaged deliveries are replaced if you report them with a photo within 14 days of delivery;
• you pay for each order according to the pricing shown at checkout (unit cost, fulfilment, pick & pack and shipping), and you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for orders and samples;
• the policies in our Productifi help articles also apply.

If you join the Partner Program, the partner terms on our partner page also apply, including how referral commissions, template sales and builder projects are earned, held and paid out. We may withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraud, self-referrals or violations of those terms.

The Service, including its software, design, templates provided by us, and the wish4 and Productifi names and logos, belongs to wish4 and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access, or take sites offline, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Where reasonable we will give notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law) survive.

After your account is closed we delete Your Content within a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before then.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, wish4 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wish4 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wish4's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid wish4 in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless wish4 and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your sites, your products sold through Productifi, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, cancel before then.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, and you and wish4 consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws give you protections that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in these Terms limits those protections or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms for specific features referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and wish4 about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
